Saw an infographic today showing the NFL if all 1 possession games went the other way.

Chiefs were 2-7.

Your record is your record.
No moral victories
no moral defeats.

just Ws and Ls.

Good stuff

Seriously though, some teams find away to win in close games. Other times they may not. Good teams find away to do so more than bad teams.

Kelly will right this program. Now he might not do it in Saban time, but make no mistakes he will. But I have news for you.....nobody is Nick Saban. Kelly is the second best coach LSU has had.

He is better than Miles, he is probably better than Arnsparger and ChollyMack. Like it or now he a 1000% improvement over the guy he replaced.

No coach was left 37 players in a roster, not Hallman, not DiNardo, not Saban.

Also the culture that Saban had created and Miles had maintained had been destroyed. Players were checking out every week without and sense of team spirit when he took over.

Now some of us tiger fans might have intellectual and cultural compatibilities with him. But he is not here to socialize, he is here to coach football.

We all want to think that but reality says he's not even close so far while he's been at LSU.

Miles was 22-4 his first two seasons, Kelly was 20-7.

That isn't a massive difference considering the situations each inherited.

Also, Kelly is a far better coach, based on his records at other stops.

It's sad to see a spot for "average NIL payment" in the columns.

Kelly is not better than Miles. Miles runs circles around Kelly as far as recruiting.

All I know is Kelly is performing better in a rebuild now than Miles was at the end, with more talent and time to build his program.

I would bet that less than 5% of Tiger Rant regulars know who Spiro was. Good reference, though!!

Kelly has recruited nothing but Top Five classes since he's been here. It ALWAYS takes some time to develop relationships and build classes. Kelly took over a dumpster fire, has never won less than ten games, and the talent is getting better and better.

I get it man. I used to follow recruiting very closely and any attack on the coach was an attack on the class, which could be lost by a change at the top. What you need to recognize is Kelly wasn’t brought here to learn these lessons on the job, and recruiting classes only count when they’re producing wins on the field. The fact that he let Raymond walk and then hired him back two years later is damning. I hope he turns it around, but his legacy is already tarnished.

If we can get a 10 win season b2b2b and bring in the #1 class that’ll restore my faith in Kelly.

We’ll be favored here on out and will have a shot at a seccg berth if so. I believe again!

He should have never let Raymond walk to begin with. Raymond's reputation got drugged down from being a member of O's staff.

Why do fans like you actively pull against the team?

Because they are miserable in their own skin. So when things don't go they way they feel it should which brings them further misery, they lash out to others who don't agree with their ridiculous opinions. Or they are just trolls.

There's your problem, 24/7 is not very good anymore. Williamson will be a contributor his first year and will be a problem for offenses for years. We will see with Brown but if he's good enough for Bo that's good enough for me. With Guillory, Suggs, Breaux and Mckinley DT will be a strength next year. We will need to get an end from the portal
