I hope E can muster a few points this season against Bama. Getting manhandled last year still causes me a great deal of concern for this game.

E didn't have Joe fricking Brady last year. Nor did we have a healthy o-line. I'm not saying we win but I'd be very surprised if we don't score.

Let's not mistake them having played nobody as not good or not ready.

8 losses in a row??? You idiots can come up with all your reasons why this year is different, but its all bullshite. We are going to get rolled and that's even if Tua doesn't play. Saban is just too good when he has 2 weeks to prepare a defense and their offensive line is going to control the game/clock. Its going to be a blow out and not in our favor.
you hear him boys, pack it up. No need to even play the game!

We had been battle tested last year as well. I don’t think it means as much as people say it does. Bama will be ready to play regardless. It’s just comes down to our offense executing like we know they can and our defense not missing tackles. Bama WRs will get theirs. The thing I like most about this matchup is how many more veterans we have than them on the front 7 and along the offensive line.

It’s been a long time since we could say this!

Not really. Jalen Hurts pretty much had his way when the game mattered, LSU couldn't move, and the Tide built a 21-0 lead.

most yards versus bama since 2012. 3 drooped/over thrown TD passes that game from etling and receivers. game was way closer than scoreboard. our DB's shite the bed. bama could not run between tackles, could not throw wide, we took all that away but let hurts beat us with downfield passing. pathetic. aranda needs to step the frick up this time. cannot let teams beat you with a 3rd option. we could not cover shite. better than losing to bama with there first option, running, all over us, but when you stop a teams first two ways to move ball you cannot let them beat you with third option.

WRONG. I said Bryant-Denny Stadium. I didn't say Tuscaloosa. I made it pretty clear in that quote you just posted. You have games listed that were played before Bryant-Denny Stadium was built.

Bryant Denny Stadium was built in 1929. There are no other venues in Tuscaloosa.

14 games in Birmingham
6 games in Montgomery or Mobile.
42 games played in Alabama.
The record has Alabama with 24 wins, LSU with 16.

You're wrong here, baw. Just give it up.

LSU has only played Bama in BD 17 times. We played Bama a lot at home early in the series and up until the 80's vast majority of the time in B'ham, Mobile or Montgomery.

In fact LSU only played Bama in Tuscaloosa two times before 1988; 1980 and 1947 and lost both. Technically, Bryant Denny was just Denny stadium until 1975. Since 1988 LSU is 8-7 vs Bama in BD, overall 8-9 in Tuscaloosa. Since technically it was not Bryant Denny until the 70's LSU has only played 16 times in a venue called Bryant-Denny. So we would be 8-8 in Bryant-Denny, 8-9 in Tuscaloosa:).

Thank you for explaining that to him. It's a technicality, but the stadium wasn't named Bryant-Denny until 1975. LSU did play some other games in Tuscaloosa in the 20s, but it was at a different location.

Also, since Bama started exclusively playing their home games in the series at Bryant-Denny, LSU has a winning edge by 1 game. The overall point though was that Bama has not fared very well at Bryant-Denny. LSU also gave Bama their worst loss by margin of defeat there ever and snapped the longest unbeaten streak they've ever had in program history (31 games) there.
