Per the Tiger Rag yesterday, LSU has $20.1 MM for its portal budget. Only behind Texas and Ohio State. You're welcome ladies.

Only issue is you can only have so many guys that are all about the money. If you have too many, they could potentially collapse your whole team. Obviously that's a worse case scenario, but in the limited time of NIL and portal, we've already seen it happen. I think BK is doing his due diligence, and I credit him for that, at least.

Its crazy how many people throw NIL facts around, yet to my knowledge, not a single NIL deal has been made public to the point where an actual contract was posted/printed by any media source. And as long as its a contractual agreement between two private parties, and they are not legally or financially obligated to do so, I doubt one ever will be.

And this in an industry where the player, the NIL funding party, the school and the media spouting this bullshite ALL benefit from NIL numbers being projected/estimated/invented are inflated as high as humanly possible.

You're wrong DUMMY, it was printed by 247's Brad Crawford. Wise up.

I'm aware of where it came from. Here is what is said in that very article you are referencing.

quote:

According to updated NCAA estimates, the nation's best at fundraising and donor contributions is significantly changing

quote:

For this NCAA study, any figures associated with NIL and booster support are estimated based on sources and assumptions regarding data since all collectives are privately-controlled and not forced to reveal dollar figures

quote:

According to the NCAA’s methodology for these numbers, “our estimates are not what specific collectives receive in contributions. Instead, we are providing what we believe to be a reasonable estimate of funding a collective(s) supporting the school might be expected to generate in funding, given the school’s historic level of support from boosters

So, like I said these numbers aren't based on anything other than pure speculation. It even flat out tells you that in the article.

But, like the rest of the retards here, you scrolled straight down to see LSU at #3 with 20.1 million and ran to the board with it. Y'all can't be bothered to take 2 minutes to read and actually educate yourselves. You get 5 seconds of scrolling to find LSU and that's it.

Yet I'm the "dummy" and need to "wise up?"

BK could have an unlimited budget, he still has to prepare and coach these guys. Wishful thinking

BK could not even show up to work at all and he’d still teach these players more about football than our last head coach.
