3. Some time after the game, Houston coaches get a letter saying that it was upgraded to a fighting ejection, by the BIG 12, not the NCAA, warranting a suspension.

Where do you see this?

Let’s suspend any players on the transfer bubble we don’t want to lose.

If big 12 suspension has any relevance in a non big 12 game and lsu suspension should hold relevance in non lsu games

Ah, my friend who you can always count on to add nothing of substance to any discussion outside of childish and nonsensical ad hominems despite being "HIGHLY educated".

So we are to believe that LSU was completely in the dark that a player they recruited had been ejected from a game that resulted in the other player involved in the same incident and likewise ejected for the same reason being forced to sit out a half in his next game?

The fighting/suspension rule isn't a new rule. If nothing else, the fact that the other guy involved had to serve a suspension in his very next game should have put LSU on notice of the possibility the same may apply to Haulcy. Yet, if you believe LSU, they either didn't inquire as to the potential effect it could have on Haulcy's status, or didn't want to inquire.

LSU should appeal at last minute, let him play and then make him sit out against LA Tech.

This was actually my first thought. I doubt our compliance department would ever get behind this though, they have proven over time to play it beyond safe.

5. Haulcey leaves Houston high and dry in the spring, they feel no obligation to tell him.

WTF wow. How else could this be a surprise?
