11-1 or bust. There is no next year U for next season. Wherever 11-1 ends up for us, that's the bar.

Texas at #35 tells you everything you need to know about voters wanting Texas to be “back” so bad.

Texas had 8 SRs starting on defense last year and lost their top RB, WR and LT on offense.

With all that said, Texas will be ranked higher than LSU when we head to Austin week 2.

Personally, I love it.

This board is built on next year U. You can’t take that away from them

I think UT fans are in for a terrible awakening next year.

I would say it seems high if we didn’t get such a good recruiting class to fill our weak spots. LB core is probably biggest question mark? But then it’s Aranda....

Texas will be a battle no matter what rank they are.

I’m glad they beat UGA.

They’re on a high horse and we won’t be overlooking them.

If we can start fast, I think we’ll run the ball down their throats and then paint the city of Austin in Purple & Gold.

It’s hard to say.

But I kinda Agree

I think phillips and Divinity improve and Chaisson being back gives us a huge bump at Buck

All that combined makes up for the drop off from white leaving.

What makes you say that? Purely on the outside I think we might be better just because of injuries last year, but down the middle who do you see replacing DW?

There’s also the matter of what to do with Jacoby Stevens. I can see him becoming a monster hybrid player that is his own position.

Queen filled in nicely. Adding chiasson to mix. Divinity came on strong end of year. All the guys year older. DW was special, but the overall unit might be better this year. Chiasson will make a huge difference combined with Divinity on outside

Aren't you a ray of sunshine. Sure, it's an opinion based upon factors used. Kinda like all polls. Would you rather LSU ranked lower?

It's a question mark bc no one knows the impact DW's absence will have. Plenty returning players that gives us hope. But if this is the biggest question mark... defense should be bad arse!
