-There was a fight.
-Several LSU players involved.
-JJ specifically named, likely due to high recognizability (not a real word).
-Bzoner says he knows the guy, and dude was completely innocent just minding his own business before getting Reginald Denny'd by LSU players for no reason at all.
-Several people are cheering the concept of JJ and other players getting suspended

From personal experience I can tell you that if you get into an altercation with someone while in your car, and you get out to confront them, the moment your foot hits the pavement you can be charged with assault. I would be surprised if calling someone the n-word could not be interpreted as assault.

Sorry but what the hell are these guys doing in bars at 1:30am anyway. Where is the personal responsibility especially with the season two weeks away playing a highly ranked team. Nothing good happens in bars and parking lots at 1:30am.

If i was drunk and in my vehicle and I was at risk for getting pulled over for a DUI... I would have left before the cops came too. When I was in the Military, I don't care if they freggin castrated me, if i knew that i'd have to admit to being drunk in a car -- prior to being a victim of a crime... i wouldn't do it.
Uncle Sam punishes you a little harder for DUI than the state of Louisiana, and you have to endure punishments from both.
Military personel leaving a bar before cops come to document... not shady at all dude.
