If the police report points the finger at Jefferson, then no, i dont think Miles will sit on it. jmo, the atmosphere with what all is going on in college athletics today will just not let him sit on this and do nothing if Jefferson is indeed implicated, imo

if JJ did kick this guys dome in he'll be in big trouble.
if there were no broken bones and such, LSU will pay him to keep hush hush. He's obviously lawyering up to get money, not justice.
I think (unless he suffered big injuries) this get handled by the LSU mafia
