I think Chip and Les should show that they are incharge and each suspend the starting qb for the home opener. They should unite and send college football a message that at least some of the coaches take pride in their program and if you screw up, you will face consequences.

If it was instigated, then JJ should not be suspended. How about the person who talked trash can't act like that in public. Honestly, that guy did it because he though he could get away with it without incident. If someone was dumb enough to do this to a 6'4" 225 lb football player, then he deserved what he got. I say the Charles Barkley treatment should be in effect (Nothing done because he was provoked). People have to understand you can't going around saying and doing disrespectful stuff to people and there not be some consequences. Honestly, the level of hatred and disrespect has gone way too far. People did not treat Marcus Randall this way and he was statiscally worse as a QB, IMO.

No, but I am also not 6'5'' and 225 lbs with extreme athletic ability. If the guys were wasted to the point where they could hardly stand, which is quite possible, then yea I believe he could take 4 people. Maybe not all at one time, but who knows how the shite went down

How about this scenario.... Jefferson is suspended for the season, redshirts, and returns next year to give us a JJ/Mett controversy. It would be an unprecedented offseason on the rant.
