I hope these are helpful to you guys. Coach O is still looking to add three more players to this class on National Signing Day (February 3).
• He stated that he has been in contact with several JUCO linebackers, presumably OLBs.
• Many are hoping Brian Thomas Jr. (WR, 0.9604) will join the class.
• The level of urgency has cooled down for Offensive Linemen now that the entire starting lineup has returned, but that doesn't mean we don't need another one for the future.

Looking dangerously thin at LB. Need some help in the portal there they have a lot of good LBs that could immediately start here day 1. Tenn To would be who I'd pursue followed by the USC LB. Not sure if they'd take both. Arik is not going to be here after May I doubt he practices in the spring.

Those are a couple of experienced cohesive lines. That’s what wins championships. A few questions:
- is there any news about Brennan? There were questions about his ability to play long-term
- is Bech really a TE?

No, Bech is not, I believe he is a receiver, probably slot, all day long

It’s missing all walkons

the Lb's make me nervous and how thin we are at TE especially if Gilbert is gone. The Rest of the team looks good.

Maybe. He is listed as “WR/TE” on the LSU website.

Glad that LSU is looking for a LB in the portal. Always enjoy looking at these

I really wish gilbert would just make a decision and roll with it. Either come back and compete or move the frick on

You have no idea! I love these! I’d tip you for going through the trouble if you had cash app. My favorite way of looking at a depth chart is this right here. Thanks dude!

Agreed. There is absolutely zero NFL future for Bech as a TE. If I was him, and LSU insisted on TE, I would transfer.

Nah, he was a celebrated recruit and enjoyed the process I bet, as anyone would. Then the pandemic hit and it was just football/distance learning by yourself in your room. Add that the season wasn’t great, played with 3 QBs and he’s a young kid who didn’t have the season he may have wanted with his potential. As fans we want to know, but I haven’t heard one word about him not being a good kid. If he stays with us he has the potential to really have a massive season. I think we have another 2019 offensive type season again. Maybe not Burrow level, but we have so much experience on O-line I think we are going to be hard to stop. Hopefully he comes back. Geaux Tigers!

The NCAA and SEC are dragging their feet on the one-time waiver. The NCAA granted a blanket waiver for 2021 spring sports, but it isn’t clear if football is included in it. They were supposed to decide on allowing one-time waivers going forward this month, but this month is almost over.
No matter what the NCAA does, the SEC can still block in-conference transfer waivers. There is also a stipulation in the temporary rule where the school the player is leaving can say there was tampering to block the waiver. They can’t block the transfer, but they can make it where the player has to sit for a year.
I think all of this is the reason Gilbert isn’t already gone. He could still end up here if these decisions don’t go the way he wants.

Any surprises with the running backs? The new offense will hopefully help them all excel. We've seen nice flashes from Price & Emory. Could Goodwin or Kiner be on another level?

They will be adding at least one lb from trf portal
