No, and here come all of the little pussies with the "I paid for my ticket, I can leave when I want pal" excuses. Clearly a case of a fanbase becoming spoiled, my 8 year old and 2 year old were able to man up and deal with the sun in their faces for 4 quarters for frick sake regardless of the score. Terrible

I don't give a frick what those "I paid for my ticket" people say. You give up your rights to bitch the second you walk out of the stadium. They don't want the team to give up during a game, WHICH THEY DIDN'T BTW, but those pussies gave up on the team. Not to mention that game was still in our reach with 6 minutes left. frick em. They're entitled to leave, I get that, but I'm entitled to say frick YOU!!!

Do you really think anyone can dictate when people choose to exit from an event they paid to see? This is not a communist state nor do we live under a dictator. You want to stay?-Stay. You want to leave?-leave. This is America-it's really that simple.
This crap about reflects negatively or embarrassing is for the politically correct crowd.
Nothing has happened to LSU FANS. Thank God each is free to do as he pleases in regard to when to leave a football game without worrying if it offends people who decided to stay.

LSU needs to enclose the endzones and add another 10k capacity

Oh, you can sell the tickets. That's not a problem. But it looks terrible for 40K fans to be gone by the 4th qrtr.

And don't give me that Curley Hallman stuff. This program is only one year remived from a national title, and is recruiting one of the best classes ever for 2009. LSU fans s/b grateful, especially when you think back to the Hallman days of the 90's.

Um, it was talked about on national t.v. I think that qualifies as a negative reflection doesn't it?

I left on lee's last interception.
Most people who don't have season tickets don't understand how people can leave a game early.
Maybe because they only choose a game or two to go to all year is the reason non season ticket holders stay the whole game

Shame to say but with the high price of tickets these days many of LSU's most faithful have been relegated to tailgating only then catching the game somewhere on TV.

That's because it's a sellout, not high prices.

To bad LSU didn't make that TD late in the game to close the game to 7.
It sure is a bad reflection of our fan base to see the stadium almost empty with a 14 pt game, 5+ mins to go, and the home team driving.

I don't get to make many games these days, so I stayed to the bitter end, which pissed off the rest of my party who had been waiting at the vehicle for 25 minutes. Based on traffic after the game, those who left early must not have left the surrounding area after exiting the stadium. Shite, an hour to get from the track stadium to I-10????

Who cares? My skin is thick enough for that silly crap. The fact that it's on national tv doesn't change that facts about personal freedom. It's foolish to expect people to behave like sheep to save others feelings. Will this hurt LSU due to being talked about on national tv? Don't kid yourself. Be thankful you can choose.

I care and it does look bad to recruits that see fans hauling arse when the team is still in the game.

I'm sure some people have been taken out of the equation b/c of ticket prices. According to my Dad, Tiger Stadium was consistently louder back in the 60's and 70's, as opposed to now. He thinks some of those folks (or some members of the current generation who can't afford season tickets) have been "priced out of the market", so to speak.

You don't think it looks bad when LSU is getting their asses handed to them?

If LSU is getting whipped, people are gonna leave.

Good point, and I think LSU was supposed to have a lot of topnotch recruits at the UGA game.
