Those of you who are freaking out about whether LSU is ranked #1 or #2 are legit nervous about playing Clemson for whatever reason.
Face it. That’s why you’re so adamant about putting LSU #1. It’s your way of saying you’re skeert without actually saying it.

I'm adamant because - based on what we've seen on the field, LSU is the best team in college football this season, thus deserving of the #1 CFP rating.
In addition to playing the #4 seed (which is a bonus, I'll grant you), we'll also get the advantage of playing in Atlanta, a venue we're very familiar with and a closer trip for the boys there and back.
And, BTW - calm the frick down - we have to play UGA first.

I'm a little concerned about our defense bc Clemson has a balanced offense but there is no way they can stop our offense.

Or its more about that fact that Texas, Florida, Auburn, and Bama were ranked in the top 10 when we beat them while the CFP committee listed a 5-6 Michigan St as a quality win when OSU jumped us. Can you name a time that a team was 12-0 with 4 top 10 wins and wasn't #1? If Bama played our schedule and was 12-0 they would no doubt be #1.
