BTW - I actually do like Rocky Top ... even with the "woooo" part. I just wish they were a lot more selective about when they played it.
Is there a short version? It seems like the band could play the instrumental part of "good ole Rocky Top" and the fans could go "woooo ... Rocky Top Tennessee." That would be soooo much better. Save the full version for pregame, TDs, FGs, etc.

On the radio here in Atlanta before a UGA-UT game, they played the following version:
"Rocky Top you oughta see our unbranched family tree, good ole' Rocky Top, woooo, don't know my abc's..."
I still sing that when I hear it.

Definitely the gayest in the SEC, and the guys with the pig noses on their faces saying it makes it gayer.
I'll never forget going to Little Rock a few years back, me and my buddies had the LSU crazy hair on. This Arkansas saw guy walks up to us, and said something like, ya'll look fricking stupid. I turned to see him, and he was a fat guy with no shirt and a pig nose on his face. I just laughed.

Rocky Top is personally one of my fave college football songs. I don't get tired of it.
