Hey, he is just a football coach doing his job wherever he can get a get a paycheck. Nothing wrong with BDP, other than he didn't do a good job here as DC or STC. But he is a nice guy and can seriously recruit.

Special teams was the worst I’d seen it when he was at LSU
Couldn’t punt, placekick, kickoffs were either too short or went out of fricking bounds
I remember at Auburn in 2016 literally every time the ball went off the punter’s foot the crowd erupted

He is good at the sales part of recruiting. Relationship building with kids and high school coaches. He already recruited Texas for LSU. Austin Thomas and staff are their evaluators. Definite LSU flavor.
