LSU crushes Ark (and rest of SEC) in baseball attendance!
Im actually surprised UGA and UF didnt have higher attendances
UF has horrible support of baseball. did you see all of the empty seats at the final game of the Super? Geez. I bet they get shitholed the next time supers are selected.

LSU Fans = Loyalty
Loyal? Yes. But sometimes radical? Can be.

Did they get a new stadium too?
Yes we did (finally) plans and construction had been pushed back many-a-year but they finally got it up and had its inaugural season this past year.
I believe it sits somewhere in the 9,000 range including general admission seating.

I'm waiting for that guy from Arky to post the reason why Arky really is behind LSU. He's the one who blamed the frigid temps in Feb. and March for Arky's low attendance during those months. After reading his posts, I had no idea that Arky had temps that equaled the North Pole.
You do realize, it is Arky, they suck. imho

So basically all this means is that LSU sold more season tickets and has nothing to do with ACTUAL attendance to games.

All that was posted was paid but I'm willing to bet the standings are the same for actual attendance

"Im actually surprised UGA and UF didnt have higher attendances both had pretty good seasons"
The infatuation with this so-called minor sport is not evenly spread thru the conference. The rest of the country could give a rats arse about College Baseball.

In watching the Southern Miss-Florida series, I was amazed at the number of empty seats in a super regional series. You would think with a ballpark so small that thing would be packed to the brim.
+1000, the wife and i watching the last game, she ask me why so many empty seats?

What I see here is that college baseball is getting stronger and stronger in the SEC. And, Arkansas has done an absolutely wonderful job in helping make our conference strong. A tip of the hat to those schools who continue to improve. They can only help the others improve as well. There is NO loser here.

Ole Miss will shatter the single game attendance record next year when they hang their 2009 SEC Champions Banner!
