I went to pick up this years coaches polo yesterday and ended up leaving with nothing because of the "plasticy" LSU on the chest. Who the hell thought that was a good move?

That being said, anyone have any quality alternatives to the coaches polo?

I like the Columbia polo's that academy has but I am not a real big guy and even the medium swallows me up.

It's cheap & they still want the price tag of the stitched coaches polo. If you don't mind or don't have last years polo that is stitched, if you live near a Nike outlet store in Louisiana they will probably have them.

Probably a Nike decision.

I got the new coaches polo...I didn't really like the plastic logo either, but of the 4 coaches polos I own, the new one is easily the most comfortable.

I'm able to wear polo's at work. If it's not on sale, I don't buy it.

What did last years look like? I might go to the outlet at Tanger, as NF as that sounds.

Also, I saw another polo that had stitched on lettering but instead of buttons, it had a small zipper. Anyone see that one? Odd...

+1

I wear a large in every other Columbia clothing item I own, but the medium LSU PFG polo is more than big enough. Love the shirt, though.

This. I got last year's version a few weeks ago at a local Hibbett for $26.
