Yes...it's pretty obvious that LSU wants him to move on but can't really come out and technically say he's permanently ineligible because that opens up a whole can of worms.
All that said, the reality of the situation is that the door is still open at LSU (albeit only slighly cracked due to negligence)....If TM decides he wants to sit it out and jump through the hurdles that he'll have to jump through, he'll most likely be back on the team in 2013.

That's always the case with something Miles legally can't discuss.
I'll say it again, Kleinpeter's source is obviously looking to get paid, and I wouldn't read too much into this.

seems like Miles said the meeting took place but nothing else. Then Kleinpeter got the tidbit about him moving on from someone else. Maybe TM or a family member? Maybe belowpar told him.

you still just don't get that lsu is being very careful.. It isn't that hard to understand. This is a well respected reporter for LSU and he is not out there doing a GG.

That's what I'm hearing from a guy that works with his uncle. There will be no press conferences or announcement. Tyrann might not enroll anywhere this fall, get some help, then re-enroll @ LSU in January and they try to rejoin the team in August.

seems like red and vc are both working with valid info. red from tm's position and the the fact that he has LSU by the short hairs right now. also sounds like legal advice was given to tm and his family.
vc from the LSU position. when it was stated that tm was gone for good by bo, that meant tm had officially failed more than 3. LSU only had 3 on paper though.
if it becomes legal issue then it attracts attention from NCAA.
if tm transfers problem solved.
if LSU gets 4th fail on tm --- problem solved.
no facts here. just trying to put two sides of story together.

Why wouldn't Miles just say, "There is zero chance for TM7 to play for LSU in 2013."
Seems like that would be the best way to move on if that is in fact the case.
