It’s impressive considering joe threw the ball more than most QBs that have played here. He also only had a month before the season began to learn the system, adjust to the school, and learn how his teammates play.

I get it when it's an opinion thread that is intently created to be divisive and bring conflict. But, I don't get it with the ones that are just stats, especially a stat that shines a very positive light on our QB. The position LSU has struggled with for nearly a decade now.

Think our lack of a running game hurt. Completion pctg also dropped pretty dramatically in the RZ.

That's just carpet. Check out the chemical soup off-gassed by paint, adhesives, flooring, caulking, etc.

After 2008, Miles became almost psychotic in his desire to have his offense turn it over as little as possible.
I bet Etling and 2011 Lee/Jordan both were very high.

Int per attempt is a stat. Int per game is useless if one guy throws 50 passes a game and one throws 20. You already knew that though
I ran the numbers the other way and very little changed. Burrow is still in the top 3 in Power-5 QBs - Some of the teams with mega attempts moved up.
Most of those high-attempt teams are throwing 80% of their attempts under 10 yards. Feel free to post your own chart.

Sans Murray and Fromm that's not a great group of QBs to be paired with.
