It is painfully obvious coach Wade needs to try something different. I believe our center will be a very good player one day. Based on his performance he is playing two many minutes. Lets start Fudge at center and bring Elton off the bench but for fewer minutes. Wilkinson also needs to be encouraged to shoot more. Finally Dade needs to play inside a little more. We need his rugged rebounding badly.

What, specifically, should LSU be doing different right now?

Winning. Especially against teams like Ole Miss.

All of these LSU fans are going to be really pissed when LSU finishes with the double bye in the SEC tournament and earns a favorable seed for the big dance.

I can’t see how this team is favored over anyone right now.

Hope he don’t pan out like Chris Davenport from Mansfield dominated high school and never got it in college!

Yeah unfortunately Fudge has gone full butterfingers and can't hold on to passes and rebounds of late for some reason.

O'Neal if he can get in sync with the team defense, which has been a struggle for him, might be the better option - and it's reasonable to think he will with more PT.

While I do believe Efton will get better with time, he's quite frankly hurting us right now. It's almost as if when he gets into foul trouble as he does every game - it's a relief.

We'll win ugly today, but we'll win. Wades a good coach and our team is FULL of hard workers. Losing Pinson and then getting him back makes a 10-15 point difference on offense. Nothing wrong with a little slump. Once we break it we're gonna roll in the tournaments

I hope that is the case. I do think the increased time for Gaines has made him better and before Murray hurt his hand he was coming on strong.

We'll need to re-calibrate when Pinson gets back healthy and that may take some time. Him out there with that brace was unfortunate - I'm good with trying but it was obvious he could not guard anyone with that brace on.
