I was excited for the Ole Miss game. That was the first time I was excited for an LSU basketball game in a long time, and I haven't been excited sense.
TJ basketball is BORING

There is good news, however. We're a sleeping giant. We know that. We've been there, done that.

I was lucky enough to attend LSU during the early 80's when basketball was still enjoyable. A lot of fans like to rag on Dale Brown, but that's exactly the type of coach LSU needs to revive the program ... someone who's charismatic and makes people WANT to attend the games. He may not have been the greatest technical coach, but he knew how to sell the program.

Do ya really think one more year or two more years is going to make a difference? One more year till what? Till we get to average? The writing is on the wall. The program has regressed and is now stagnant. We need a change.

as long as trent has been here you never see improvement from the team as the year goes on ,if any thing it looks like they get worse against ole miss they coulndt inbound the ball without stepping on the line

It's comical almost. I'll watch basketball games from universities all over the country (small to big time schools) and I rarely see teams struggle with basic fundamentals like LSU does.

I asked the question the other day did we really get better ,or did we benefit from other teams in the league falling off. Today my question has been answered.

getting beat nearly 20pts by auburn if we cant compete with them then something must change.

LSU loses by 15.....Auburn 67 LSU 52.

Auburn didn't score a basket over the last 8-10 minutes and we lost by 15! How can anyone argue that it's time for a change?
