That's true. They are dominating the bad competition with a consistency like never before under McMahon. That provides a reason for of optimism. However, that graphic also shows LSU won @ Kansas St last season (pretty decisively), beat UCF and lost a tight game to Pitt...before completely cratering. I understand why no one really wants to believe just yet.
These next three games should tell us a lot more. BC isn't good, but it's still a true road game. Texas Tech should be a solid tournament team and SMU may be close to one as well. You feel like LSU needs to at least split those two.
