LSU basketball - The more things change...

The more they stay the same. This team has NO shot at winning the west and NO shot at making the NCAA tournament. NIT is doubtful at this time. This team just does not have enough talent and there is little hope for change in the next 2-3 years. Bring on baseball (although I think they are a bit overrated as well).

2: You have no idea what your talking about...its only takes 1-2 players to change a basketball program.
3: If baseball is overrated then don't bother following them, we dont need your negativity around our program.

Lester, the reason why I don't see a change is b/c I don't see any recruits coming in this year's class that are "gamechangers" and even if we got some in next year's recruiting class, they would still just be freshman in year 3 of Trent Johnson. Until he gets some quality players into the system for 2-3 years, there won't be significant change.

its really hard to say that now after 14 games or however many they have played.
next year they will prob suck, but its not because of Trent Johnson. 2 years from now they should compete, and in 3 years they should be a pretty good team.

Its a 4 point game with 4 mins to play..these are the 2 teams picked to finish 1-2 in the west... and whats the problem again? Yeah they've played sloppy, but is the game over yet? Even if they lose, at least they are still in it this late...
