Did the remodel of the dome cut baseball out?

Good field but wish it was back in Houston.

Good group of teams for 2026. Round Rock was nice a couple years ago. Nice facility and plenty good eating/drinking places. Only downside was one game was cold as a witch's tit.

The only downside of Round Rock and Frisco is open air stadiums. If Houston is out,, because Shriner's pulled out (JJ not happy), I vote for the series in Arlington at Globe Life.

The Shriner's series at Globe Life is now the first weekend of the season. I think that's going to be a deal breaker for us.

Globe Life has college tournaments the first 3 weekends of the season, plus midweek games (obviously). Shriners sponsors the the first weekend, but there are opportunities to play Week 2 or 3. It’s possible we have have another midweek game in Globe Life next season before the Round Rock games.

When will they get smart and have a "Raising Cane's" Mardi Gras classic in NO the weekend of Mardi Gras? LSU, Tulane, etc.

Where would they play it?
The Superdome can no longer be configured for baseball, and the Shrine is a full-on rugby field now. Turchin doesn’t have the capacity.

Went last time they played in Round Rock, brutally cold.

I keep waiting for them to play the 3 day weekend at Globe Life. But at least I finally get to see LSU play there this Wednesday.

same. I live in Denton so I am not making the drive on a week day after driving back from Grand Prairie.
