I'm happy to hear that Jake Latz has finally consented to surgery. The earlier reports of his recovery time seem right on, 3 months of rehab followed by 2 months of getting in pitching shape gets him ready for game action by the end of April, if all goes well. I hope this is the end of his elbow problems and he goes on to be a successful pitcher.

Without an off speed pitch to throw off the timing, throwing 92 all game isn't going to strike out many guys in high school. Josh Teekel got drafted off his fastball and we absolutely clobbered him.
