This poll is a joke. I live in Lafayette. The Cajuns are absolutely loaded with pro talent. They arent even in this poll. LSU should be way higher. I think 8 or 9 is fair

From 2 to 16. That's a helluva drop-off.
Even 2004 LSU was ranked as high as 3 in polls and Marcus Randall and a freshman were at the helm.

We lost all of our starting pitching and 4 critical fielders/hitters. We haven’t been hit that hard in years. 16 is about right. It’s a rebuild year and would have been even with Walker.

Love Tiger baseball. Excited about the newcomers. Agree with Adam that our bats will be potent. Pitching will be the X-factor.

It's just a preseason poll. Tigers just need to take care of business and knock off every one of those ranked ahead of us. Those numbers will move around wildly after the first month of the season.
