Dear LSU. Please follow the direction of Boise State(Football) and Dallas Baptist(Baseball). Schedule the easiest teams possible, win big, look good, and get into the post season. Hell..play them on the road so it looks even better.
Not saying they should be in by any means...but DBU does have wins over Rice, Texas A&M and TCU this year.

I wish the Seniors of the 2011 LSU Tiger Baseball team the best of luck in their future endeavors.
Thanks for representing LSU and thanks for the memories.

LSU has a sweep of CSF, and wins over some SEC teams in there.

Who was in charge of the selection committee? I'd like to know the composition of that committee as well.

6 of the 13 SEC wins were against the 11th and 12th place teams in the SEC plus the lack of OOC road games is what did us in according to the chairman of the committee.

Sorry, but that has NOTHING to do with THIS year. WE didn't do what we needed to do to get in, period, all on us, nobody else.
We didn't live up to our standards, but a team with a rpi of 23 should not get left out. Compared to the field we were deserving

Lack of non-conference road games. What a frickstick.

Reasons given by the Committe guy on ESPN just now were pretty weak.
I think a lot of politics went into this.

How in the Hell did St. John's get an at large bid over LSU? Swept by USF, Lost 2/3 to Ga Tech (badly), and was under .500 heading into Big East Play.
Where is Slive's outrage? He is beyond worthless

That tard on the selection commitee just basically said our sweep of CSF didn't count because it was at home.
Posted on 5/30/11 at 11:58 am to UncleLogger
Out of conference road games when LSU can stay home and make money
Whatever
