For one, I'll go ahead and get on the "look at the bright side" gig and say, if all these freshmen and sophomores go positive(more wins than loses) before the sec and finishes with a winning record(17-13) in the sec. This would be huge. We all have to be honest and admit that we cant really expect much more out of the inexperience out there and anything more would be great like regionals etc, I've never seen so many freshman and even sophomores play for the tigers at once....just saying.

There is a ton of first year players who are playing and second year players who didnt start much last year who are now playing...

We only have experience on the hill but only 1 pitcher can pitch

Does Alabama football rebuild or reload? Face it, LSU baseball is no longer what Alabama is to NCAA football. The program isn’t as good as it was under Skip, PM is a mediocre college baseball coach at this stage in his career.

It isn't, im simply saying that 5 positions and sometimes 6 positions are being played by a bunch of freshman and some 2nd yr players who are getting more playing time this yr that didn't start last yr...

Correct and you are accepting being mediocre. This is LSU baseball we recruit top tier talent, we expect to win every year. When you start to accept losing and accepting failure, you slip back to being mediocre. Right now, you are mediocre. Let’s be great.

Lol, stfu. We are playing EKU and Nicholls St. we aren’t in the heart of SEC play. The freshman that are playing are kids that were drafted into the MLB. Some of them are expected to step in and play from day 1.

LSU has started 15 different players thru 7 games.

Only 4 of them are even draft eligible. And one of those guys is Hal Huges

None of LSU's weekend starters are draft eligible.

How is this one of his most veteran teams ever? lmao

I never said our young players were good or bad for that matter. I said if this group of guys can go positive in both pre sec and sec schedule that it would be huge. That's it...maybe some of you guys that post here go get a hug so u can feeel better lol.
