the draft really makes it hard to get excited about baseball recruiting and signing day. too many letdowns over too many years.

The one thing that is for sure, if he signs with LSU he is here for three years at least. So, I hope we can sign him and he makes the field this coming year.

I misread the title as "LSU Basketball inks 16 signees".

Zach Lee will be under football scholarship ala Chad Jones.

This is the winter before these kids senior years so alot will change, but the one's receiving most interest from scouts right that look to be top 5 rounds include. Again it's very early and alot will change for the better and the worse.

Cecchini
Bedrosian
Gausman
Southall
Lee (FB)

Jacoby Jones INF (Ricton HS, MS)

That should be Richton. I know this kid. Led his team to State Championship in 2007 & 2008.

Congrats, Jacobi!!

I wish College Baseball recruiting was as easy to follow as football......All I see are a bunch of names, I don't know anything about them or how our class stacks up against the other teams in the nation.

I try and find as much stuff as I can, but it is difficult. Here is what I have so far. Tomorrow I will be adding profiles for Bedrosian, McCune, and Hopkins.

I believe so. I know he's an All-American.

We've only lived in this area for 4 years. 7th grade was before arrived.

That's great work ProjectP....I'll have to scope it out, as much as I enjoy college baseball and pay attention to the Tigers during the regular season I really should know more about recruiting.
