No, nobody warming because in a delay
Maybe I’m wrong but the warmup process takes longer than an hour for these guys.
Obviously it’s not all throwing but it’s stretching, running, and of course at some point throwing.
It’s not optimal if a guy is begun that process and then has to sit for a couple of hours.

Post whatever you need to so you can make yourself feel better. This is just here to pass the time, kid.

NCAA needs to implement a rule you play when scheduled weather be damned. If you are worried about safety/risk then you forfeit.
There are a lot of dumb suggestions on here. But this is up there.
Yep. If a hurricane is heading towards the venue, play the game or just forfeit. Don't be a pussy.

They knew more than an hour before game time. A starting pitcher didn't throw

Don’t know what weather radar you are using, but there are storms passing through the LSU area until 6 pm or later.

It’s called Doppler Radar. You should check it out.

Don't know which radar you're using. Radar only shows the past.

I live in FB County and this stuff sat on us for over 3 hrs before moving out. Nice now. I would think 6:30 is the earliest start time.

Anyone know if they would be throwing by now?
There are way too many variables to accurately predict that time for a specific pitcher in a specific start, but typically, the point of no return for a starter is 45-30 mins to first pitch.
That doesn't mean anything today as weather has been a consideration for at least the last 24 hours ago which leaves us at basically "who knows?"
