lmao no way we've gone through this whole thread and prospect dsicussion when you posted this in the original "Star player" thread

No I said a top caliber college player. Has nothing to do with being a pro prospect or their value after LSU

All that matters is their production at LSU. This is an LSU board lol. Nothing’s changed.
Jones has produced so he’s paramount to this team (even though MLB didn’t see his value). The others are more of a projection at this point and not proven players. Or they are guys who have been in college at this level long enough that we know what they are and that’s likely not changing a whole lot.
Pretty simple.

Then STFU about Kilen, because he has been mediocre in the ACC for 2 seasons straight. .260ish his first season and .260ish against ACC competition last season.
Milam hit well over .300 and Larson hit .298 as true Freshmen at LSU. You are completely dismissing how great that actually is. Not even from a "projection" standpoint.
Are you 20 years old?

I did not make the comparison. Check further up the thread for the idiot who did.
You have no right calling anyone an idiot. You have proven yourself to be either a complete dummy or a troll. Either way you're pathetic. You shouldn't be calling anyone stupid.
You can't stick to a talking point. Only when it fits your negative narrative. You think so highly of yourself that it leads me to believe there is a possibility you are that brainless and not just some troll.

How are your baseball takes so bad? It's like you're running around a house arguing with walls.

Dudes one if the dumbest in the history of TD.

Agreed. He’s a fricking idiot. We have a lot of posters that are dumber than walls.

Jones is a great piece to get back but the other 8 in the lineup are unproven, that's just an objective fact.
One of the dumbest takes I've seen on this board all year. Seriously...it's impressive.

WTF are you talking about, they return their starting SS,starting 2nd baseman, staring 1B, and the 3 outfielders that were startng by the end of the year. Also 4 of their 5 best hitters.

Who’s a proven high-level player?

Dickinson
Braswell
Milam
Hernandez
I see you edited your post from proven to proven (high level) players...I guess to you that only counts as first round picks.

No, I did it so that you couldn’t feed me unknowns like Dickinson, but, alas, you did it anyway
Dickinson is SEC proven from Utah Valley St, just like All-PAC 12 performer Mac Bingham was..
Braswell is an average player. Saying he’s proven is like saying Savion Jones is a proven SEC defensive lineman
Milam is literally unproven. He’s a freshman who mostly batted in the bottom half of the order and his best games were against bad arms.
Hernandez? The one-year wonder from the Mo Valley? Oh boy
Posted on 7/27/24 at 2:47 pm to Adam4848
Btw I got to see Indiana St a few times this year. Diaz the SS was their best player. So, Hernandez wasn’t even the best player on a Mo Valley team that never made it out of a Regional

I bet you are real fun at a party.
I guess by what you are saying we should just scrap the team because everyone except Jones sucks. Got it.

Name one team in the SEC outside of Texas A&M that has a group of proven (high level as you say) hitters returning.
I'll hang up and listen.

You make a good point, LSU has 4 of 5 top hitters returning and the top HR hitter. We match up favorably with everyone but A&M in returning hitters.
