Getting the game in Dallas surprisingly. Usually I have to use a IP scrambler.

Your local cable provider could not come to an agreement with CST, but it is in their regional footprint.

It's a big reason why the Hornets (at the time) couldn't get any traction on the Northshore and in Houma back in the day. CST had the rights to the games and then charged local cable providers an arm and a leg and just assumed they would cave and they didn't.
