Again. It doesn't necessarily matter what you have. But what a cable provider in your media market offers/is airing.

If it is active go to https://whatismyipaddress.com/ it should show your location as in California or somewhere else away from where you really are.

I also went to settings and turned off the selection to have it start every time you open a website. I only use it for sports blackouts.

Hmm, I wonder if XBOX Live using the ESPN App will work? It did for the Cincy series.
