Cole Henry and Hal Hughes battle all season, but Hughes finishes with a slightly better BA (.244) than Henry's ERA (2.42).

He won't be an everyday starter from day 1 so I highly doubt that.
Sure he may win the job by SEC play but he'll split time for a few weeks at least.
