Which reminds me of the time former MLB catcher (and who played the radio announcer "Harry Doyle" in the movie Major League), Bob Uecker was being interviewed on a late night talk show. The host asked Uecker if it had been difficult being the catcher for Atlanta Braves famous knuckle ball pitcher Phil Niekro.
Uecker said, "Nah, it wasn't hard at all. I just waited for the ball to stop rolling when it hit the backstop and I'd go and pick it up and throw it back to Phil."
