Most intelligent person he's met. Had to adjust somewhat to college. In MiLB, his job was to develop guys he was handed. Winning wasn't necessarily imperative, and you could be patient. With college, he had to be a little more forward. Recruiting is different for him too. 2 years he's been here; 2 years we've had the conference pitcher of the year.

Likes to play a lot of different teams. And he likes getting those northern teams here to see this place.
