There is an Austin Krewe of LSU that has a FB page

They seem to post fairly often. Might be worth reaching out

i seriously doubt you find a good crowd in austin to watch lsu baseball let alone a place that will show it over nba or astros

Doubt you've been to Shoal Creek then. That's a Louisiana sports bar through and through. They'll turn off UT games and change the channel when LSU games start. I seent it

I lived in Austin for over a year and I went to every Saints and LSU game at Shoal Creek Saloon. Red building with a Volkswagen Bug painted like a Saints helmet attached to the top of it .

This was in 06 or 07 and the chef at the time was from the Westbank. Maybe Belle Chase, I forget. I don't know if he's still there but the food was Louisiana food and it was pretty good. The hush puppies were phenomenal.

They will shut down any other game that's on and put on any LSU game. They have TVs all over the place but every cluster of TVs is tuned to LSU. They do the same for Saints games but the Crowds Are much bigger and the back room with the big projector screen and the back porch get Rowdy. The back porch is a pretty cool place cuz it overlooks Shoal Creek but if you don't get there early you won't get a good view of the good TV and you'll end up watching that TV with the glare on it by the bathrooms in the hot sun.

Shoal Creek Saloon. The manager is named Mike and went to LSU for a while. Big dude with a beard. I watched the Florida game there and by the end of the game he was handing out free bourbon shots
