I know for a fact that Roy was crooked, but I can't say that's why he was fired.

It's a bunch of trumped up bullshite. Travel money stolen from the desk of someone not under his supervision (he wasn't accused of stealing it, just held responsible for the fact that it happened), scholarships for the Golden Girls, and the fact that his daughter was an intern at one point (hired by someone else, approved by Damon Talley, and not supervised by him). It's pure bullshite.

Possible. They may not replace him at all and handle with existing staff though.

The dude was blatantly insubordinant. Didn't he not disclose specific finances when asked? After reading the case, I have a hard time understanding even the slightest support.
