Not sad to see him go. He has limited value as a recruiter. Hope the Juluke rumors are true. Who's on the board for replacement?

Should go get this guy: Keith Williams
Young up and comer, players rave about him. Already has a relationship with a couple of LSU players, including Malachi who said he's the best WR coach he's ever worked with.

Rumors we getting Michael Smith..

Didnt he just issue a statement like last week that he had no intention on going anywhere?

Juluke took the TTech job last month...

I know that. Not Juluke. Michael smith.

What I've heard was from yesterday....

Interesting how much staff turnover we're having this year. Most in the Miles era and it might not be over.

Receivers coach Michael Smith wrote on his Twitter account Friday, "It's always nice to be recognized and presented new opportunities, but I couldn't be more excited for my family and I to stay at the University of Arkansas." The post is believed to reference LSU's interest in him.

This posted today and the tweet was from yesterday. I don't think Michael Smith is an option.

Didn't most of his WRs do pretty well at Georgia? They did always have consistent QB play, just saying....
This sounds like the typical Miles firing, but not firing you.
I don't recall our WRs being that bad this past year. No worse than Jarvis and Odell their sophomore years and that was under Adam Henry. I think all our starting WRs were underclass men last year except for Dural?
I just don't think our WRs will get much better until we get some consistent QB play. Harris should be able to give us that this year. We have a veteran offense for the most part with a junior/2nd year starting QB. Need results.
