This sounds like the typical Miles firing, but not firing you.

Usually I think that is the case but this one sounds different.

Dude wasn't a beast recruiter, and our receivers dropped way too many passes. Not a fan.... peace out Tony

Mediocre at best. I've seen way too many drops the last two years, and at the end of the day it comes down to the coach. I hope the best for him.

Not sad to see him go. He has limited value as a recruiter. Hope the Juluke rumors are true. Who's on the board for replacement?

Curtis Johnson better be the first person they call.

I would think if Ball is "pursuing other opportunities" then Les knows who he wants.

He's big on recruiting the west coast, right? Would be nice to get more presence out there.

Yes indeed that dude is as west coast as it gets. Talks with that proper west twang haha. I just hope he's willing to leave Nebraska because his son just got there.

Shouldn't the drops be on the WR's who are actually on the field playing? I mean yeah I guess you can say it has something to do with coaching, but ultimately the players on the field have to make the plays.

You know what's funny about that? Ball has only been here for 1 year. So you're blasting Adam Henry too?

It's even funnier that you got 2 up votes. It shows how many people on this board really don't have a clue.

catching is muscle memory, which is developed by coaching in large part (with a lot of effort by the individual)

henry was really great at working on catching as well as being an amazing recruiter. god i wish we could get him back
