This will be the consensus. It would be political, financial, and social suicide. B

A couple of years ago, I paid a couple hundred dollars for a brick paver(in front of Mike's exhibit ) with my parents names for their anniversary . If there is no Mike the Tiger then I want a refund

We've had a Republican an office for the past 8 years. He's just as responsible

What issue with Mike the Tiger is our previous governor's fault? Don't think a republican governor would bow to the PETA folks.

Can't do that here on this forum. However, I know for certain she is on speed dial with the upper administration. When LSU calls her, she is on "that story" in a matter of minutes. I have seen this with my own eyes!!
You have every right to be skeptical of what I'm saying, and I understand/respect that. I would just rather not go into those details right now.

I am probably the first to actually read the article. This has nothing to do with the administration.

Yes tigers are hard to get. It only takes one. My money is on we will find one and not care too much what the outside opinion is.

The OP is pure hysteria.

What appointments to LSU has JBE made?

What appointments to LSU did Jindal make?

Who made the appointments responsible for the current King administration?

I'll quote you:

quote:

King (and his mafia) must go. This article is an attempt to "soften the blow" when F. King decides NOT to replace Mike VI. Looks like they will blame the decision on PETA type groups or claim "they can't find a replacement." WOW.

So who's BoS brought King in?

LSU president fired for opposing Jindal plan

We could replace him with a possum. Less costly and Peta wouldn't give a shite about a possum. Could feed him cafeteria scraps.

LSU is going to drop the "Tigers" as a nickname and become the LSU Jackasses to more accurately represent the leadership of the school.

The current LSU Board of Supervisors is made up almost completely of Jindal sycophants....F*King Alexander included. Jindal had the previous university president fired for opposing his plan to rape LSU financially.

I don't care what politician is responsible but it's clear F King needs to go.

Then TAF is gonna have to get involved. Not sure they can do much about F*King, but I'd think that they could flex some muscle with Alleva. The bottom line will be the almighty dollar. If the fans get fed up with Alleva's antics, they need to close their wallets. It's been one PR nightmare after another for LSU. How much longer before a sacrificial lamb is chosen to appease the angry masses?

Alleva is not the problem. F King has him by the balls. I think Alleva wanted Miles gone and had Jimbo on board. F King ruined the deal for political reasons. This year will determine who was right.
