Winning games when you don't play your best is what good teams do. Defense was so much better in the second half. If we can correct the sloppy play and improve on the boards, this team can make a run this year.

I think im more disappointed tonight than i was after florida. That was sort of demoralizing. Feels like we arent as good as i hoped

I despise Wade kept watford in the game for that OT and most of second half good lord man when someone is having a terrible night give another of your studs on the bench a chance.

That’s why you don’t call that timeout with 10 seconds to go. LSU was able to set up a defense, get it’s best defender (Leblanc) on the floor and help grab the board to seal the win.
No doubt in my mind they’d have a better chance of scoring just driving right at the goal off of a full head of steam from the inbound prior to the timeout.

The team had some fight in them to pull that game out, but there are glaring deficiencies on this teams regarding defensive fundamentals, ball control, offensive sets and rotations.
Wade needs to earn his paycheck and tighten this shite up.

We didn't play smart, but I wouldn't say we were extremely lucky. We didn't have some crazy luck shot or anything and the refs called two of the worst calls in Georgia's favor on two possessions in OT. Now, UGA had the dumb ref blow the whistle on a ball that should have been theirs on that in-bounds call, but still, they had their chance at the end.
