It’s kinda a “safety” steal guys. 3-1 count so it’s not a hit and run. Ball gets you on base. Jay is counting on Dugas to hit a strike so he gets Beloso going on the pitch so maybe he can score on a ball in the gap or get to 3rd on a single. Dugas just happened to K and they threw Beloso out. There’s really not anything more to it
