We are the first team physical enough to OUTREBOUND them. This was huge for us. They live on 2nd chance ops and turnovers. We failed on the turnovers but were able to stop just enough offensive ops

This team obviously has heart and toughness...but there are going to be teams that can shoot and teams that have discipline...a really good team needs all of the above to advance late in the season...and turnovers and poor free throw shooting will catch up with you in the big tournament...let's hope they can put all the pieces together and make a nice run...

Just noticed that it's a long time until our next game, can't play during finals week. That could end up being a good thing, avoids any potential letdown.

LSU is still "rebuilding" and there will be some rough patches ahead, but I like what I'm seeing right now. I guess we'll just have to put up with "Jones sucks" posts and threads for awhile.

We always end up looking rusty after the long break. I wish we would at least schedule a team with a pulse in sometime in there.

We can't play anyone during the week because of finals, but we could've scheduled a game for the weekend. December is usually weird scheduling wise, because of finals week and Christmas break.

Overall I was happy. I wanna get drunk so I am thinking about replaying the game and taking a shot everytime we turn the ball over.

Great game. Tough to lose that way. That's how we felt after UMASS last year.
