Making defenders think about what they're doing is imperative and we almost never force zones to make the tough decisions quickly.

Inside out doesn't do much good if the wing players aren't decisive with the basketball as soon as they get it back out.

Defiantly not that bad of a team but I will say it again. This is what happens when you play 5 terrible teams in a row, you develope bad habits and play very sloppy.

The LSU basketball program will under perform until the school decides to spend the money on improving the program. Baseball sucked until they threw the money out to get a successful coach. We can recruit the best players in the country but they will never perform to their ability until LSU decides to throw money to get a proven coach. I never liked the JJ hire because of all of his previous coaching records. Dale Brown had a big voice in the hiring of JJ.

Could not agree more. You can't get your team ready for conference play when you don't challenge them enough to consistently expose their weaknesses. Wins like most of those in the 8 game winning streak mask weaknesses and give a false sense of everything being great.

Wasn't Bertman just an assistant coach when he was hired? He did a lot of fundraising and promoting himself. He wasn't handed over the keys to a program with unlimited resources.

Haha you just got trolled and didn't even realize it... Nice! No shite this team is supposed to be good enough to go over .500 in conference Sherlock. But this potential 14-4 LSU team just brought us back to reality, they don't have the attitude to go along with the talent to be a .500 team

I can still see 11 wins. A bad night from 3 of our starting 5 and this is the best ive seen Mizzou play all year. They were pumped at we were not. This could be a good wake up call for them after playing the cupcakes they did.

So much this. When basketball fans are bitching about the bad coaching, it's because they were watching this. It's not the kids' fault when that's all their coach can come up with.
We've been to to 2 of the pre-season games and was looking forward to seeing a mostly full PMAC against Georgia on Saturday after beating Mizzou. No chance now.

They build us up and let us down again.

Yep, JJ is from that Dale Brown-Les Miles LSU Coaching tree. Just recruit great athletes and let them "Out Talent" the other team. No real coaching or strategy. Just turn the "Athletes" lose and expect wins. That may work against the basketball "Sisters of the Poor" in pre-season but it will not work once you hit the SEC.

Hey JJ, you've got the Georgia game on Saturday to save face and convince LSU fans that you can produce a winner in Baton Rouge. Don't blow it.

Inb4 all the excuse makers and their "It's only one game. We have the entire season to go. We'll be Fine."
