it concerning the lack of outside shooting available when chest and Collins and Bailey and R Miller and givens are in. some of those guys are very good at other things but they haven't proven they can be dangerous from deep. and that's trouble in the modern game.

We got three pickup games before our conference grind, beginning with Vandy. If we somehow lose that game it's gonna be a looooong season.

They are projecting LSU to go 3-15 in the SEC it’s pitiful where the program was and where it is now

The bench usage today was very concerning. I’m crossing my fingers it was an anomaly but he did say pre season that he wanted a short bench by conference play. I figured what’s happened between then and now changed his mind but we’ll see.

The only non injured players who didn't get in were Mike Williams and Noah Boyde. Boyde only just got cleared medically and I don't know what is happening with Mike Williams, but a lack of guards isn't a problem right now.

Hopefully Fountain gets healthy and Boyde and Williams can work their way back into the rotation over the next 3 scrimmages. IMO the priority over those 3 games will be to get Collins and Chest more comfortable in the offense. The guards will have to protect the ball better too.

3-15 in the SEC

No way McMahon survives that.

We have a better team now than last year. Even with the entire conference playing so well no conference games have yet been played.

No bench player played over 14 minutes and Givens only played 5-6 minutes. Thats basically a 6.5 man rotation and Victor Miller getting only 4 shots is a recipe for losses. Add in that every starter played over 30minutes and Bailey played 40 again that’s not what got us into the position we were prior to this game. It’s actually antithetical to what’s led to our success.

3-15 is awful. I’d definitely take the over. I see us winning over 3 games. That would be a disaster.

Is your argument the same old “he’s perfect, he did everything perfectly” even though he changed what’s been working all season? You’re basically arguing that today’s McMahon > previous 9 games McMahon even though we lost today. You’re asking a question that’s already been answered.

I’m just worried that completely changing the team dynamics might be a bad decision. After all it looked bad today and we lost a game we should’ve won. He doesn’t care if we win or lose, he’s got his excuses locked and loaded so the outcome doesn’t matter. McMahon will always be god in his eyes.
