They saved two of their best LHP to avoid getting swept.

We'll be fine.

This is a teachable moment.

Series win against a ranked team on the road should be celebrated.

Holy shite some people actually thought we were gonna go 30-0. THAT TEAM WAS IN THE frickING CWS SEMI FINAL LAST YEAR. They are 15th in the country. Calm the frick down

100% - we will sweep someone though, especially under better conditions. Just have to keep plugging away at 2/3 until we get the big wins... and try to stay away from train wrecks. This weekend was a win against a good team in their house

We let this one slip away.

Full faith remains in these Tigers though.

Eh that’s the minority. You know they don’t know what they’re talking about. This team still has some things to figure out. Today was a bad loss. They will be fine in the grand scheme of things. All 3 can be true

Well I'll tell ya they need to work Tommy White at third base. You know practice stopping that ground ball then throwing the ball (with enough zip) to first base in time to catch that batter. You know just so Tre doesn't have to reach halfway to second base to make that catch.

You wanna show up to practice and tell him all that

I know 1 thing, Cooper was very off today. He wasn't good, but is mostly always in relief. Bad game for him today.

Thompson still has the yips at short
Thompson played every inning of all three games this weekend and didn't commit a single error. I hope all of the other position players get the yips like him.

Dumbass.

Today was a frustrating loss but losing only one game in a road SEC series against a top 15 team is never a “bad loss”

I didn’t keep track, but Shores threw like at most 60% fastballs. Floyd last year threw probably about 90% fastballs

I think the aggies starter lasted longer than their annoying coach

I wouldn't go that far. He just finally found two of them that didn't suck. It didn't help that we went cold at the plate today. Schlossnagle knows his shite. We teed off on one guy late and he didn't hesitate to yank him after 7 pitches.

He threw what 50 pitches today what % would guess wasn't a fastball?

Single, HBD, walk, walk, single, single in the bottom of the 8th up 2.

I would personally classify that as a bad loss.

Agree to disagree. Entering the 8th up 2 runs to an inferior team and losing by 2 will almost always be a bad loss. But that’s just my opinion.

I’ll take 2/3 on the road every time. Poor aggies acted like they won the series.
