I figured it was Greg, why can’t we have at least 3 guys like that on the team instead of 1 .

It’s as if we don’t even learn from our previous mistakes.
If I’m a coach I’m telling Bain to take two, period. It gets to 3-2 then by all means swing or put on the stupid hit n run.
There’s no outs. There’s no reason to chance that, especially with a 3-1 count.
Maybe next time we actually might learn.

His brainiac coach forced him to be in a protect the plate mode on a 3-1 count. I blame the coach for forcing his hand more than his ability to judge a ball or strike in a close enough pitch. This anemic scoring team is bad enough without having to constantly overcome the stupidity of it's coaching staff.

People just assume kids want to play for LSU no matter what
