Jay has been pretty awful at managing the bullpen in high leverage situations which is weird because he was really good at that last year.

I'm going to be devils advocate here. This ump is shite. Throw your Ace and he can't even get consistent calls. Might as well give some innings to guys you're hoping can develop into someone you can rely on. We've lost some key arms and it's really hurt the integrity of our pen. Someone is going to have to step up if we want to achieve our goals this season.
