It’s going to be a bad look if we lose tonight and then only get to play 4 innings of game 2 tomorrow. An 0-1 weekend with Dutton, Bucknam, and Helmers pitching and none of our best relievers even touching the mound would be so disappointing.

No. They just beat the shite out of the #1 team in the country. We acted like we had won the national championship after beating Bama just a few months ago. They deserve to be excited. Just wasn’t our night.

Hindsight is 20/20…. And seeing how a game unfolds is always easier to critique bad judgment calls when you see they don’t work. IMO we come away with 2 SP and your best bullpen arms for game 2 and 3.

And LSU bullpen. Wish Tanks had gotten in the umps face after getting the HBP then almost taking one to the head his next at bat. That ump was the biggest fairy I have seen 'calling' an SEC game, doesn't belong in his job.

I hope so, but somehow the team leading the country in homeruns against Floyd, who tends to give them up, isn’t the best matchup for him. Needs to have his off speed going for strikes and we need to score some dang runs
