Oh it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't make it out of their own regional and lost to like the 3 seed like UCLA did recently.

Well we did go 16-2 in our last 18 games including 4-0 in SEC tourney. I think if we don't get hot like that we would be sweating this out. I'm not saying midweek games are as important as conf games and conf tourney, but they are taken into consideration for RPI which looks like the basis for the selection committee.

yes CPM and coach miles are great coaches especially Les, he fought the sec office , (refs) he had the negatigers trying to destroy his recruiting atmosphere which sent a few of our best to bama ! Geaux Tigers !

I do think they hold a good bit more weight with the selection of the hosts and much more so with the at-large field. (obviously, due to the impact of otherwise-unworthy tournament winners)
