I love McDonald but our bats need to wake up. I get everyone is focused on the pitching but our bats going cold with runners on base can lose you a lot of games.

Jones needs to be benched until next season. He's literally a 0 tool player right now. No benefit whatsoever. His stats were padded before league play.

Hunting offspeed doesn’t mean you go up there swinging at every curve ball. When you change your approach to looking for the offspeed pitch you do a better job adjusting to the ones out of the zone. That means he more than likely would stop swinging at the bad breaking balls and make contact on the ones over the plate. He will be late on the fastball, but at least it will get opposing teams to adjust their approach to him. As it stands now he can’t make contact with anything hunting only fastballs.
